To Customers

Thank you for using Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park.
We plan to conduct fire drills at our hotel on the following schedule.

During the training, fire alarms and bells will also be tested inside the building. Please be assured that it is not an earthquake.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any questions or concerns about fire drills, please contact front ext. 80.
