In recent cases, heat generation and ignition of mobile batteries have been reported both in Japan and overseas.
In order to ensure that all customers are safe and secure, we ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in the guest room.

・When you go out, be sure to remove the mobile battery from the outlet.
・Please refrain from using mobile batteries near flammable objects such as direct sunlight windows or beds, sheets, curtains.
・When charging, please use it in a place where you can always check the condition.

Also, please note that if the staff confirms the mobile battery being charged when cleaning the room during your stay, the mobile battery may be removed from the outlet or electronic device for safety reasons, or the location may be moved.
