Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park will hold a special event where you can experience "Hokkaido New Year" only for three days from January 1 to 3, 2026.
In the lounge, you will have a rice cake making experience using glutinous rice from Hokkaido and the behavior of freshly made rice cakes.
There are three types of rice cakes: "Salmon-bushi soy sauce only sauce", "Kinako", and "Azuki beans". All finished with ingredients from Hokkaido.
In addition, for breakfast, we will also offer a special taste unique to Hokkaido, "How much zoni".
