"Japanese style x secret spices x rich soup" A unique taste that can be said to be synonymous with GARAKU.
Founded in 2007, GARAKU is known for its deep flavor of "Japanese-style dashi", which is different from conventional soup curry, the scent of "secluded spices", and the mouthfeel "Kokumi soup".
The soup stock carefully taken from five kinds of natural materials, such as kelp and bonito, leaves a gentle lingering finish that fits the Japanese tongue in spicyness.

At the GARAKU main store, boned chicken legs and colorful vegetables are trademarks, but they are also trademarks of GARAKU.

The secret of soup
It uses dozens of ingredients such as onions, herbs, and tomatoes that have been fried until it becomes candy-colored based on pork bones, three parts of chickens, and plenty of flavored vegetables.
By adding Japanese-style dashi, it is finished into a rich soup with plenty of umami.
The secret of "spice"
It is uniquely blended with a variety of spices to accent the temahima soup.
It is a mixture that emphasizes "fragrance and coolness", and the secret spices of GARAKU are plant-based herb spices that are not often used in curry.
