"Japanese style x secret spice x rich soup" is a unique taste that can be said to be synonymous with GARAKU.
Founded in 2007, GARAKU is known for its deep taste of "Japanese-style dashi", which is different from conventional soup curry, the scent of "secret spices", and the "rich soup" that is good to taste.
The soup stock carefully taken from five natural ingredients, such as kelp and bonito, leaves a gentle lingering finish that fits the Japanese tongue in the spicy taste.

Uses dozens of ingredients, such as onion, herbs, and tomatoes, stir-fried until candy-colored, using pork bones, three parts of chicken, and plenty of flavored vegetables.
By adding Japanese-style dashi, it is finished in a rich soup with plenty of umami.

A variety of spices are blended independently to accentuate the tempura soup.
